I've lived in Borrowash since 1997 & raised my family here. For most of these years I've been involved in fundraising/charity activities, usually for the benefit of children, such as school PTAs. In 2021 I was instrumental in restarting the Ashbrook Youth Group, where I can usually be found at each weekly session in my role as a volunteer leader. I'm also Treasurer for the Youth Group management committee.

My spare time is usually spent with family, I enjoy eating out, going to music events & walking along beaches.

With a very strong sense of fairness & justice my aim as a Councillor is to ensure that everyone in our community gets a fair share of everything our community has to offer.
