A little about myself...
I have been practicing yoga for over 35 years and became a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher nearly 20 years ago, studying at the British School of Yoga.
Hatha yoga brings mind, body and spirit together.
Anyone whatever age, size etc can practice, because there is no competition in Yoga, you just go to your limit. You will notice quite quickly how soon you become more supple and mentally much calmer, the only equipment you need is a mat!
