Join me for my signature class; Stretch and Flow Yoga. This is a movement based Vinyasa flow which will help to build strength and encourage flexibility in the body. Vinyasa Yoga is all about connecting the breath with the movement, which in turn helps to find calmness in the body.
The classes are suitable for everyone as I offer variations of different poses to suit your needs. My focus is on posture and alignment to ensure safe and accessible yoga.
I am a registered RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Teacher and have completed several trainings which are all accredited by The Yoga Alliance:

40hr Yoga for Athletes
30hr Restorative Yoga
30hr Mindfulness and Meditation
