I am Clare Hodgson and I'm a yoga teacher in Borrowash, Ockbrook and Spondon.


Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind, body and spirit to create balance and harmony through asanas (poses), pranayama, (breathwork) and meditation. Yoga can help ease physical pain, prevent injury, improve strength, flexibility and balance. It can help you manage stress and improve your sleep. Join me now!

Tuesday Morning Borrowash 10.00 a.m.
Thursday Morning Borrowash 9.30 a.m.
Thursday Evening Ockbrook 7.00 p.m. and 8.20 p.m.
Friday Evening Spondon 6.30 p.m.
